The most reproducible MOBP-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Positive regulation of autophagy, Nucleus organization, and Positive regulation of cytoplasmic translation. Each is linked with MOBP in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MOBP-to-partner and partner-to-MOBP results are reported.
