MOB3A

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MOB3A RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 19,297 significant associations in total. ACC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MOB3A-associated genes across cancer lineages are BTBD2, CSNK1G2, and IL17RA. Each is linked with MOB3A in more than 32 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MOB3A-to-partner and partner-to-MOB3A results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MOB3A versus BTBD2 in ACC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.86.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MOB3A→partner) and Y-score (partner→MOB3A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
