MOB3A

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MOB3A RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 10,710 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MOB3A-associated proteins across cancer lineages are HID1, HK3, and C1QC. Each is linked with MOB3A in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MOB3A-to-partner and partner-to-MOB3A results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MOB3A versus HID1 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of -0.32.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MOB3A→partner) and Y-score (partner→MOB3A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
