Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, MOB3A protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 13,396 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible MOB3A-associated genes across cancer lineages are ITK, CD48, and ARHGAP9. Each is linked with MOB3A in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MOB3A-to-partner and partner-to-MOB3A results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MOB3A versus ITK in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.29.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MOB3A→partner) and Y-score (partner→MOB3A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
