Across TCGA cell cohorts, MOB3A RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,360 significant associations in total. SOFT_TISSUE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MOB3A-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Actin filament depolymerization, Protein depolymerization, and Hepatocyte growth factor receptor signaling pathway. Each is linked with MOB3A in more than 10 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MOB3A-to-partner and partner-to-MOB3A results are reported.
