MOAP1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MOAP1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 23,317 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MOAP1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are UBR7, FNDC3B, and SAMSN1_S347. Each is linked with MOAP1 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MOAP1-to-partner and partner-to-MOAP1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MOAP1 versus UBR7 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.61.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MOAP1→partner) and Y-score (partner→MOAP1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
