Across TCGA cell cohorts, MOAP1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,846 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MOAP1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Extrinsic apoptotic signaling pathway in absence of ligand, Macroautophagy, and Signal transduction in absence of ligand. Each is linked with MOAP1 in more than 13 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MOAP1-to-partner and partner-to-MOAP1 results are reported.
