Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, MNX1-AS1 RNA is linked to patient survival in 22 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated MNX1-AS1 data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in kidney renal papillary cell carcinoma (KIRP), where higher MNX1-AS1 RNA is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated MNX1-AS1 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as CHOL and READ show a favorable association.

KIRP, KIRC, and THCA are the cancer types where MNX1-AS1 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
