Across TCGA patient cohorts, MNT RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 7,167 significant associations in total. OV shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MNT-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of cell size, Negative regulation of cell projection organization, and Embryonic appendage morphogenesis. Each is linked with MNT in more than 31 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MNT-to-partner and partner-to-MNT results are reported.
