Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, MNT protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,832 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible MNT-associated genes across cancer lineages are HNRNPA1, RPS3, and SNHG29. Each is linked with MNT in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MNT-to-partner and partner-to-MNT results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MNT versus HNRNPA1 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.48.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MNT→partner) and Y-score (partner→MNT) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
