Across TCGA cell cohorts, MNT RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,775 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MNT-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Cytosolic transport, Pre-mRNA catabolic process, and Positive regulation of DNA recombination. Each is linked with MNT in more than 16 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MNT-to-partner and partner-to-MNT results are reported.
