Across TCGA cell cohorts, MNT mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MNT-associated genes across cancer lineages are ZAN. Each is linked with MNT in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MNT-to-partner and partner-to-MNT results are reported.
