MNDA

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MNDA RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 21,158 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MNDA-associated proteins across cancer lineages are WAS, WIPF1, and STK10. Each is linked with MNDA in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MNDA-to-partner and partner-to-MNDA results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MNDA versus WAS in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.82.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MNDA→partner) and Y-score (partner→MNDA) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
