Across TCGA patient cohorts, MNDA protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 19,562 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MNDA-associated genes across cancer lineages are CYTH4, MEFV, and PLAUR. Each is linked with MNDA in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MNDA-to-partner and partner-to-MNDA results are reported.
