Across TCGA cell cohorts, MNDA RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 2,259 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MNDA-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of intracellular transport, Positive regulation of actin filament bundle assembly, and Positive regulation of viral entry into host cell. Each is linked with MNDA in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MNDA-to-partner and partner-to-MNDA results are reported.
