MND1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MND1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 18,595 significant associations in total. TGCT shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MND1-associated genes across cancer lineages are HMGB2, CENPK, and CKS2. Each is linked with MND1 in more than 33 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MND1-to-partner and partner-to-MND1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MND1 versus HMGB2 in THYM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.92.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MND1→partner) and Y-score (partner→MND1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
