MND1

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MND1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 7,048 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MND1-associated genes across cancer lineages are HROB, PIMREG, and WRAP53. Each is linked with MND1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MND1-to-partner and partner-to-MND1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MND1 versus HROB in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.76.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MND1→partner) and Y-score (partner→MND1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
