MND1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MND1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 555 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MND1-associated genes across cancer lineages are DIS3L2P1, KRT8P18, and PPP1R2P5. Each is linked with MND1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MND1-to-partner and partner-to-MND1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, DIS3L2P1 grouped by MND1-low versus MND1-high in SKCM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MND1→partner) and Y-score (partner→MND1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
