Across TCGA cell cohorts, MND1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 5,337 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MND1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are DNA replication initiation, Mitotic sister chromatid cohesion, and Attachment of spindle microtubules to kinetochore. Each is linked with MND1 in more than 18 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MND1-to-partner and partner-to-MND1 results are reported.
