MN1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MN1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 17,115 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MN1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are TIMP2, ISLR, and PCOLCE. Each is linked with MN1 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MN1-to-partner and partner-to-MN1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MN1 versus TIMP2 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.55.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MN1→partner) and Y-score (partner→MN1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
