MN1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MN1 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 71 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MN1-associated genes across cancer lineages are PCNA, PDCD4, and mTOR_pS2448. Each is linked with MN1 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MN1-to-partner and partner-to-MN1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PCNA grouped by MN1-low versus MN1-high in COAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MN1→partner) and Y-score (partner→MN1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
