Across TCGA cell cohorts, MN1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,738 significant associations in total. SKIN shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MN1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Positive regulation of supramolecular fiber organization, Negative regulation of post-translational protein modification, and Collagen biosynthetic process. Each is linked with MN1 in more than 10 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MN1-to-partner and partner-to-MN1 results are reported.
