MN1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, MN1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,537 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MN1-associated genes across cancer lineages are E2F2, TMEM239, and RXFP2. Each is linked with MN1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MN1-to-partner and partner-to-MN1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, E2F2 grouped by MN1-low versus MN1-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MN1→partner) and Y-score (partner→MN1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
