MMRN2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MMRN2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 17,693 significant associations in total. THYM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MMRN2-associated genes across cancer lineages are SEMA3G, MYCT1, and ZNF366. Each is linked with MMRN2 in more than 33 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MMRN2-to-partner and partner-to-MMRN2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MMRN2 versus SEMA3G in KIRC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.78.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MMRN2→partner) and Y-score (partner→MMRN2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
