MMRN2

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MMRN2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 15,883 significant associations in total. CCRCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MMRN2-associated genes across cancer lineages are FHL5, CLDN5, and SGCA. Each is linked with MMRN2 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MMRN2-to-partner and partner-to-MMRN2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MMRN2 versus FHL5 in CCRCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.64.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MMRN2→partner) and Y-score (partner→MMRN2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
