MMRN2

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MMRN2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 25,960 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MMRN2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are HSPA12B, HSPG2, and KANK3. Each is linked with MMRN2 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MMRN2-to-partner and partner-to-MMRN2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MMRN2 versus HSPA12B in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.81.

protein abundance associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MMRN2→partner) and Y-score (partner→MMRN2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
