MMRN2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MMRN2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,082 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MMRN2-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR4684, UHRF1, and MAX. Each is linked with MMRN2 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MMRN2-to-partner and partner-to-MMRN2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MIR4684 grouped by MMRN2-low versus MMRN2-high in CESC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MMRN2→partner) and Y-score (partner→MMRN2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
