MMRN2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MMRN2 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 50 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MMRN2-associated genes across cancer lineages are C-Raf, Cyclin-B1, and Cyclin-E2. Each is linked with MMRN2 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MMRN2-to-partner and partner-to-MMRN2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, C-Raf grouped by MMRN2-low versus MMRN2-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MMRN2→partner) and Y-score (partner→MMRN2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
