Across TCGA cell cohorts, MMRN2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,148 significant associations in total. BONE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MMRN2-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Glial cell development, Small GTPase-mediated signal transduction, and Positive regulation of plasma membrane repair. Each is linked with MMRN2 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MMRN2-to-partner and partner-to-MMRN2 results are reported.
