MMRN1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MMRN1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 19,499 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MMRN1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are RASIP1, CAVIN2, and CD34. Each is linked with MMRN1 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MMRN1-to-partner and partner-to-MMRN1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MMRN1 versus RASIP1 in COAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.38.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MMRN1→partner) and Y-score (partner→MMRN1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
