MMRN1

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MMRN1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 10,620 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MMRN1-associated genes across cancer lineages are FOSB, LYVE1, and IL6. Each is linked with MMRN1 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MMRN1-to-partner and partner-to-MMRN1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MMRN1 versus FOSB in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.40.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MMRN1→partner) and Y-score (partner→MMRN1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
