MMRN1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, MMRN1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,040 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MMRN1-associated genes across cancer lineages are CFHR5, INIP, and C3orf38. Each is linked with MMRN1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MMRN1-to-partner and partner-to-MMRN1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CFHR5 grouped by MMRN1-low versus MMRN1-high in LUNG_SCLC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MMRN1→partner) and Y-score (partner→MMRN1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
