MMP7

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MMP7 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 18,153 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MMP7-associated proteins across cancer lineages are MICAL2_S515, PRKCA, and RCN1. Each is linked with MMP7 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MMP7-to-partner and partner-to-MMP7 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MMP7 versus MICAL2_S515 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.57.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MMP7→partner) and Y-score (partner→MMP7) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
