MMP7

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MMP7 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 9,403 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MMP7-associated genes across cancer lineages are MMP20, LAMP5, and CDH3. Each is linked with MMP7 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MMP7-to-partner and partner-to-MMP7 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MMP7 versus MMP20 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.57.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MMP7→partner) and Y-score (partner→MMP7) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
