MMP7

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MMP7 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 149 significant associations in total. SKCM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MMP7-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNA5SP423, RN7SL440P, and RNA5SP413. Each is linked with MMP7 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MMP7-to-partner and partner-to-MMP7 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNA5SP423 grouped by MMP7-low versus MMP7-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MMP7→partner) and Y-score (partner→MMP7) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
