Across TCGA patient cohorts, MMP7 mutation is significantly associated with the immune_cell of many other genes, with 2 significant associations in total. SKCM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MMP7-associated genes across cancer lineages are GMP and Pericytes. Each is linked with MMP7 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MMP7-to-partner and partner-to-MMP7 results are reported.
