MMP7

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, MMP7 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 7 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MMP7-associated genes across cancer lineages are C1orf87, TEX43, and OR10W1. Each is linked with MMP7 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MMP7-to-partner and partner-to-MMP7 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, C1orf87 grouped by MMP7-low versus MMP7-high in BLOOD_Leukemia.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MMP7→partner) and Y-score (partner→MMP7) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
