MMP3

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MMP3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 14,430 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MMP3-associated proteins across cancer lineages are CRTAP, RCN3, and IKBIP. Each is linked with MMP3 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MMP3-to-partner and partner-to-MMP3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MMP3 versus CRTAP in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.37.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MMP3→partner) and Y-score (partner→MMP3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
