MMP3

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MMP3 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 8,341 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MMP3-associated genes across cancer lineages are MT2A, IKBIP, and CLMP. Each is linked with MMP3 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MMP3-to-partner and partner-to-MMP3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MMP3 versus MT2A in COAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.47.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MMP3→partner) and Y-score (partner→MMP3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
