MMP3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, MMP3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 19 significant associations in total. URINARY_TRACT shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MMP3-associated genes across cancer lineages are OTOR, IL9, and PTH. Each is linked with MMP3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MMP3-to-partner and partner-to-MMP3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, OTOR grouped by MMP3-low versus MMP3-high in URINARY_TRACT.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MMP3→partner) and Y-score (partner→MMP3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
