MMP28

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MMP28 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 22,426 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MMP28-associated proteins across cancer lineages are MYO1C, PLEC, and SEPTIN2. Each is linked with MMP28 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MMP28-to-partner and partner-to-MMP28 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MMP28 versus MYO1C in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.46.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MMP28→partner) and Y-score (partner→MMP28) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
