MMP28

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MMP28 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 8,571 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MMP28-associated genes across cancer lineages are C17orf50, NEGR1, and RCAN2. Each is linked with MMP28 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MMP28-to-partner and partner-to-MMP28 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MMP28 versus C17orf50 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.42.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MMP28→partner) and Y-score (partner→MMP28) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
