MMP28

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MMP28 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,142 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MMP28-associated genes across cancer lineages are OR51H2P, CYCSP22, and MIR3135A. Each is linked with MMP28 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MMP28-to-partner and partner-to-MMP28 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, OR51H2P grouped by MMP28-low versus MMP28-high in LUAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MMP28→partner) and Y-score (partner→MMP28) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
