Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, MMP28 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,215 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible MMP28-associated genes across cancer lineages are WDR1, RNF4, and ADD1. Each is linked with MMP28 in more than 15 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MMP28-to-partner and partner-to-MMP28 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MMP28 versus WDR1 in LUNG_SCLC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.62.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MMP28→partner) and Y-score (partner→MMP28) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
