Across TCGA patient cohorts, MMP27 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 7,057 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MMP27-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Cellular oxidant detoxification, Cellular response to starvation, and Cellular response to type II interferon. Each is linked with MMP27 in more than 15 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MMP27-to-partner and partner-to-MMP27 results are reported.
