MMP27

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MMP27 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 259 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MMP27-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU6-14P, LGALS16, and RN7SL447P. Each is linked with MMP27 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MMP27-to-partner and partner-to-MMP27 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNU6-14P grouped by MMP27-low versus MMP27-high in CESC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MMP27→partner) and Y-score (partner→MMP27) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
