MMP27

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, MMP27 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,590 significant associations in total. LUNG_NSCLC_LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MMP27-associated genes across cancer lineages are VIM, C1QBP, and NUP88. Each is linked with MMP27 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MMP27-to-partner and partner-to-MMP27 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MMP27 versus VIM in OVARY, with a Pearson correlation of 0.78.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MMP27→partner) and Y-score (partner→MMP27) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
