Across TCGA cell cohorts, MMP27 protein abundance is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 1,325 significant associations in total. LUNG_NSCLC_LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MMP27-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are IMP biosynthetic process, Regulation of CD8-positive, alpha-beta T cell extravasation, and Calcium-dependent cell-cell adhesion. Each is linked with MMP27 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MMP27-to-partner and partner-to-MMP27 results are reported.
