MMP25

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MMP25 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 12,199 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MMP25-associated proteins across cancer lineages are MMP9, VNN2, and ELANE. Each is linked with MMP25 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MMP25-to-partner and partner-to-MMP25 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MMP25 versus MMP9 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.50.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MMP25→partner) and Y-score (partner→MMP25) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
