Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, MMP25 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5,987 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible MMP25-associated genes across cancer lineages are MEFV, TNFSF18, and FFAR2. Each is linked with MMP25 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MMP25-to-partner and partner-to-MMP25 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MMP25 versus MEFV in PDAC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.47.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MMP25→partner) and Y-score (partner→MMP25) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
